Are Mr Price sizes similar to other companies?
Mr Price sizes correspond to the sizes of our competitors but we always recommend you try on your garments just to make sure.
Returning something?
If items are returned without a sales receipt within 30 days we will exchange no problem, and if you can’t find anything suitable we will issue a gift voucher for the current purchase price. For any defective merchandise that is returned in 120 days the normal refunds procedure will apply.
We do not refund or exchange any underwear, earrings and any merchandise bought at Mr Price, Mr Price Home, Mr Price Sport and Mr Price Kids. We don't do any cash refunds without an original docket and positive id.
When returning items that were bought on promotion all items must be returned at the same time of the promotion in order for us to proceed.
